Mark Zuckerberg today continued his tour of Africa. The Facebook owner who didn't meet with any official of the Nigerian government today met with Kenya's ICT Minister , Joseph Mucheru.
Social media commentators are now asking why the Nigerian Minister of Science and technology ,Ogbonnaya Onu didn't meet with Zuckerberg during his visit.
