Yeghe community in Ogoni comes under fire again by the Nigerian Army. The Civil Liberties Organization in the South South got calls from members of the communities around that axis yesterday over possible attacks by the Army. Just about 4.am this morning, about twelve trucks of Army soldiers allegedly invaded the community, breaking doors and shooting sporadically for hours putting the people to flight. Information reaching CLO is that some people received degrees of bullet wounds but we have not confirmed the level of casualty as the Army is alleged to have arrested some members of the community and made away with others who they fear may have been killed...
