MASSOB Calls British High Commissioner a Hypocrite, Read Why.

The Movement for the Actualization of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB), has lambasted the British High Commissioner to Nigeria, Paul Arkwright over his recent comments that Britain would not support the secession in the South East and the struggles in the Niger Delta.
MASSOB National Di¬rector of Information, Sunny Okereafor told The AUTHORITY on Sunday that the comment credited to the British envoy dur¬ing a recent visit to Rivers State amounted to hypoc¬risy and double standards as “Britain itself has just separated from the Euro¬pean Union”.
He wondered why a diplomat of Arkwright’s standing would pub¬licly voice opposition to “a non-violent secession movement “while Brit¬ain has just liberated it¬self from an unfavourable union”.
