Biafrans all over the world are in a high spirit as the prophet and supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Director of Radio Biafra and Biafra TV, Nnamdi Kanu (Prisoner of Conscience).
On the 14th day of September, 2016, the Head of Directorate of State, Uchenna Asiegbu, announced on Radio Biafra that the Indigenous People of Biafra wherever they are in diaspora will stage a “Free Nnamdi Kanu Mega Protest” on Friday, 23rd September 2016, at the EU, UN, AU offices and Nigerian Embassies in all countries where they are.
He also announced that Biafrans who reside in Biafra land and Nigeria will not open their shops, neither should they do any kind of business, they rather will stay at home as their own way of protesting and also fast and pray for the release of our leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
His voice also thundered, “there will be no form of street protest in Nigeria and Biafra land. We are not ignorant of the devices of the enemy."
Biafrans in Biafra land who called Radio Biafra to make their contributions, in a high spirit, assured the leadership of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, that they were ever ready to shut down their businesses in protest for the release of our leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
One of the callers, reminded the world that Nnamdi Kanu is a political prisoner, he has not committed any crime but has been illegally detained on the order of Muhammadu Buhari since 14th October, 2015, approximately one year now, even when court of competent jurisdiction ordered that he be released unconditionally.
He urged world leaders, international community, men and women of goodwill and all lovers of freedom to call Muhammadu Buhari to release Nnamdi Kanu and other Biafrans held by the murderous Nigerian government, stressing that self-determination was a universal law and Biafrans were not excluded from benefitting from it.
We are alerting the world to focus their searchlight on Nigeria because we know that Muhammadu Buhari and the cabals of the Mohammedan Emirate of the North are planning to stage another drama in court on September 26th, 2016.
Justice John Tsoho has been an instrument in the hands of Muhammadu Buhari to pervert justice against Nnamdi Kanu and thereby ridiculing the judiciary of Nigeria. However, we the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, are resilient in demanding for the unconditional release of our ever truthful and indefatigable leader, Nnamdi Kanu. And until he is released, Nigeria will continue to face endless plagues and calamities.
